What's included in the Basic (MP3) license?

An MP3 lease for non-profit and small-scale releases: up to 5,000 streams, 1 music video, non-profit performances, and required producer credit ('Prod. by CMOBeatsRichie'). The beat remains non-exclusive — others can license it too.

What's the difference between the Basic and WAV (Premium) license?

The WAV license adds the high-quality WAV file, higher stream caps, paid performance rights, and broader distribution. Use it when you're releasing to DSPs (Spotify, Apple Music) or running paid promo.

What does the Unlimited license cover?

Unlimited streams, music videos, and monetization across platforms, plus trackouts/stems when available. The beat is still non-exclusive — others can license it as well, but your use is unrestricted.

What does Exclusive ownership mean?

When you buy exclusive rights, the beat is removed from the store and no one else can license it. You receive full master files, stems, and a signed exclusive agreement. Producer keeps publishing/credit unless otherwise negotiated.

Do I need to credit the producer?

Yes. All license tiers require the credit 'Prod. by CMOBeatsRichie' in song metadata, video descriptions, and DSP credits. Missing credit can void the license.

Can I register the song with a PRO (ASCAP/BMI)?

Yes. Register your composition with your PRO and split publishing per the license tier. The producer retains 50% publishing on non-exclusive leases unless your agreement states otherwise.

Can I use a leased beat on Spotify, Apple Music, or YouTube?

Yes, within the stream caps for your tier. Basic = 5,000 streams; WAV = 100,000; Unlimited and Exclusive = no cap. Monetized YouTube videos require WAV or higher.

What payment methods are accepted?

Which file formats do I get with each license?

Basic: MP3 (320kbps). WAV: MP3 + WAV. Unlimited: MP3 + WAV + Trackouts (stems). Exclusive: everything plus the project session when available.

How do I download stems / trackouts?

Stems are included on Unlimited and Exclusive licenses. After purchase, the order page shows a separate 'Trackouts (ZIP)' button alongside the MP3/WAV downloads.

Can I re-download a beat I bought months ago?

Yes — purchased licenses stay in your account forever. Sign in, open Orders, and hit Download again. No re-purchase needed.

The download link doesn't work or the file is corrupted.

Try a different browser (Chrome/Safari), disable VPNs/extensions, and download on Wi-Fi rather than mobile data. If it still fails, message support with the beat title and order ID.

How do I reset my password?

How many revisions are included?
